Solskjaer’s words on the remainder of the window

Ole also said a few words about challenging Manchester City for the Premier League title, “You put every season into blocks but the first six or seven games, they’re very important to set the momentum and to give you a chance. I read somewhere that Pep (Guardiola) said you can’t win the league in the first eight games but you can lose the chance to win it and that’s what happened to us last season,” Solskjaer said. “I felt we lost too many points early on. From November 1 until the [team 42] game in May, we only lost one league game. That was the consistency we want to see again.”
Briefly, What to expect from Man United this season?
After a decent season last time out, [team 14] are expected to finally put up a strong challenge to their city rivals, [team 9]. Both the Manchester clubs have had an amazing transfer window. As far as the attack is concerned, they have lacked a proper right winger for some years now. Last season well, most of their attack came down the left with Rashford and [player 955]. The likes of [player 5149] and Martial both prefer to play down the left. Sancho is going to completely change the game for United. Now, opposition defences will have to focus on both sides rather than just one of them, which was very much the case last season.
[player 1878] is set to miss the start of the season and could miss the first few games. It means that [player 1829] will have a great opportunity to play his favourite role down the left side. [player 20333643] could be the man upfront because [player 96088] won’t play week in week out at this age. With Sancho’s creativity now a major weapon, it could get the best out of Martial. He has usually missed a creative player around him. Sancho’s presence could also get the best out of Greenwood as well as [player 1992].
Without any doubt, Man United are in for a big season ahead, and this could be [coach 524307]’s last chance to win silverware.
