The leaders of Italy’s top football competition want the season to continue in May.
The members of the [league 384] Council agreed unanimously on it on Monday evening. The official decision on the continuation of the leagues could be made on Wednesday, the approval of the government authorities is still pending.
“The competition will be finished in accordance with the regulations of UEFA, FIFA, the Italian Football Association (FIGC) and the Health Protocol for the Protection of Players,” Serie A Council officials said.
