Kane or Sancho: Who does Manchester United need more?

Its been nearly two years since the transfer saga of [player 538034] to [team 14] began. The Englishman is one of the best players in the World. His growing potential is catching attention from some top-top clubs. His former club, [team 9] are also in for him after the departure of [player 4783]. Other clubs such as [team 3486], [team 83] and [team 625] have shown their intention as well. Liverpool are also monitoring his situation.

The 20-year-old is an outstanding player who understands the game well. His qualities on the ball are extraordinary. His crossing passing accuracy in different ranges is pinpoint, and his finishing has improved as well. Sancho registered an excellent 17 goals and 16 assists in just 32 appearances in the [league 82] this season. The composure that he possesses in the final third is merely magnificent.

Manchester United’s current squad situation

However, Manchester United at this moment have got the players who can make things happen. For example, [player 1878] and [player 20333643] are performing well in wide positions. [player 1829] is also understood to be a better player when playing in a wider position. Other players such as [player 5149] and [player 820] are also good enough to provide substantial back-up.

Manchester United, on the whole, look a very improved side since the arrival of [player 129602]. Defensively solid, [player 524307]’s team have stepped up in all departments. The third-place finish was pretty impressive given the start they had to this [league 8] season. They still look short of three or four top-quality players.

One of those positions is center-forward. Anthony Martial had a good season in terms of goal scoring, but his involvement against smaller teams was minimal. Manchester United constantly struggled against low blocks as they lacked the ball holding ability in Martial. [player 1248] is good, but not enough.

Suppose Manchester United sign Jadon Sancho than Greenwood’s game time will be decreased. In that case, it looks pretty clear that United need a top-quality no.9 before signing Jadon Sancho. United don’t have a problem now in creating chances with Bruno in the midfield. However, they miss a lot of big chances overall.

Who should they sign?

[player 997] would be an spectacular signing for United. His record for [team 6] is phenomenal. Apart from his flawless finishing, Kane is an excellent footballer as well. His passing has improved massively, and his hold up play is second to none. His impact in the final third is unquestionable. Against low blocks, his overall game is a tremendous asset to have.

So, on the whole, it looks as if on the whole Manchester United need a proven goalscorer more than a creator. Sancho is undoubtedly an exceptional young talent, but at this moment, United require a striker. If Manchester United can get Kane’s signing over the line, they will be closer to Liverpool next season.

Sancho is heavily linked with a move to the red devils, but do Manchester United need to strengthen elsewhere?
