What was said by Tuchel?

“I found Kai very, very strong when he came back — I was very pleased with his attitude towards training and in the pre-season matches, and very early in the season.
“I found him a little bit tired after the national break, he was also a little bit ill during the matches for Germany, but now he is in very good shape and has had a good impact, a good physical game against Zenit when he came off the bench.
“He is super-important for us.”
Havertz improvement under Tuchel
We all know that [player 32612] arrived in England with a huge reputation. A big-money move with massive global media coverage because he was a player who was wanted by a lot of other top European clubs. He came in a summer in which Chelsea spent too much money on some exciting foreign imports.
Havertz’s German teammate, [player 31823], was also one of the marquee signings. A highly creative player, [player 24288] was signed from [player 629] and [player 95792] was signed on a free. These and a few more big-money signings happened under the previous manager and the club icon, Lampard.
Last season, Havertz was having a terrible time in a team that was in disarray. By the second half of the season, [coach 95] was sadly dismissed, and Tuchel came in with a successful reputation.
The main reason for bringing [player 523937] in was to get more out of the German stars at the club. Werner, [player 31837], and Havertz were all playing awful under their previous manager. The impact Tuchel made, however, was much bigger than anyone expected. Chelsea did finish in the top four and incredibly won the [league 2]. Who scored the only goal of the game? It was the German wonder kid, Kai Havertz.
Tuchel completely changed the system and used Havertz in a variety of roles due to his versatility. Sometimes as a false nine, sometimes as a no.10 and also as a winger at times. Havertz’s performances improved hugely under the new boss.
This season with [player 995] playing upfront, Havertz is playing almost as a second striker. He plays alongside [player 537121] behind the Belgian in a 3-4-3. When Chelsea shift to a 3-5-2, Havertz plays around Lukaku and does the job effectively.
With Chelsea looking arguably the best team so far this season, Havertz has looked a key part of it. With [team 9] struggling to gain momentum, Chelsea have a great chance to pull away as much as possible with [team 8] and [team 14] both in the race. Of course, with his high potential and current form, Havertz could be a pivotal element in Chelsea’s success.
