Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) has set the doping control check plan on hold on Friday, March 27. The CCES decided to minimize the risk of COVID-19 exposure and spread and was a direct reaction to the postponement of the Olympic Games taking place this year in Tokyo. In Canada till today 6,280 people tested positive, with 898 new cases registered on Sunday 28, and 63 deaths. The pandemics in Canada seemed to be in control till March 22 with 142 new cases. The next day the number jumped to 621 and from then it is remaining on the high levels.
